The studio is dedicated to the design and construction of sustainable and energy efficient buildings by using program driven solutions and innovative design as its main tools.
Our spirit of collaboration gives us the experience in the fields of architecture/interior design, urbanism and construction.

Marcela Villarroel.
Ernesto Trindade.
Marcela Villarroel Arestizábal has over 20 years of international experience in architecture, urban planning, and construction. She worked for 14 years in the United States and has led projects in South America, Asia, and the Caribbean—including residential buildings, offices, academic facilities, and hotels, several of which have received awards. Her approach spans from conceptual design through construction execution.
In addition to her professional career, she has taught at Universidad de Las Américas and Universidad Central. She currently serves as a professor at Universidad Mayor. She is a member of the Chilean Architects’ Association and an International Associate of the American Institute of Architects (AIA). She is fluent in Spanish and English and has basic knowledge of Portuguese.
Ernesto Trindade Fasce has over 30 years of experience in architecture and design, with a career spanning Europe, the United States, and Asia. After studying in New York and Milan, he worked in Berlin and later served as project lead in New York on a variety of building types, including mixed-use developments, residential, healthcare, and educational facilities.
He served as a professor in the Master of Sustainable Design program at the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID) and now teaches at Universidad Mayor. He is a registered architect in New York, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, and has basic knowledge of German.
